Server 135 ROE

IN FORCE FROM 285h MAY 2024 AT 5PM (UK TIME)

Rules

1. Miners are protected unless OC (with the exception of rule 1b), raiding or if not conforming to the mining chart below
   • Mining systems locked by entry cells/currencies (lucrative etc) - OC is protected, 0 nodes can be cleared with a standard 1 minute warning
2. Miners require a 1 minute warning before being removed from a Node for any reason other than if OC
3. No leapfrogging
4. Vidar and Talios (Inert Probes), Stella(Security Codes & Exchange Loot), Amalgam(Plunder Cargo), Franklins(FMs) & Mantis(Venom) are protected if OC with (bracketed) cargo
5. No stealing of failed armadas within 5 minutes of a loss from another alliance
6. Origins Space(TC)
   • During takeover (contested) - Anything goes
   • During Takeover not contested - NO Miner hits unless OC
   • Outside of Takeover - Miners protected unless OC or raiding
7. Ships are protected if in active armada
8. Player coordinates will not be posted in Global Chat
9. Specified systems are exempt from any rule (barring rule 1 & 7) during an event with server wide PVP/Open system!
   • PVP events & War Room - Empty miners, Token systems, Augmented & Texas systems are protected.
   • TC PVP - Miners are safe everywhere in territory except during a contested takeover or oc
10. Warships are fair game - Unless crewed as per the Protected PVE crew below
    • Rule 10 regarding PVE crew protection is not applied when engaging in PVP actions(OC hunting, Raiding etc)

G4 and G5 material rules

• All ships must use at least 1 of the acceptable crew members in the G4/G5 Crew chart.
• A maximum of 2 nodes may be held in any one G4/G5 material mining system (Only one of these can be a Meridian)

ROGUE CLAUSE

If a player chooses to drop alliance tags, with the intention of hitting player ships out of ROE, they will be declared KOS. This also applies if a player drops tags as they do not use or wait for diplomacy to resolve a roe issue.

If, when finished, they are taken back, or in by any alliance whilst still KOS, that alliance will be declared war on for a set period of time (to be decided at the time by the alliance leadership).

Repeat offender sanctions for 135 ROE breaches

• Stage one - Warning
• Stage two - Final Warning
• Stage Three - Alliance removal for minimum of 2 weeks - Joining another alliance can initiate the rogue clause!

Stages are active for players for a period of 14 days and you move to the next stage for another infringement within 14 days. This will be managed internally by alliance leadership.

It is the alliance leaderships discretion to make a player KOS

Any disputes are to be discussed and agreed by the respective admirals (or nominated representative) with an independent diplomat or moderator in a 3-way PM to preside and act as the casting vote in the event of disagreement
